1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ej33 ("ej33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ej33 website located at ej33.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the ej33 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ej33 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the ej33 platform worldwide, including players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. ej33 operates as an offshore gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. ej33 makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction.

ej33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the ej33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ej33 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.

ej33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration, deposit, or withdrawal process. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. ej33 may also request a selfie with the document and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).

Where ej33 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 21, the platform will:

• Immediately suspend the player's account pending age verification.
• Withhold any pending withdrawals until identity is confirmed.
• Permanently close the account if verification confirms the player is under 21.
• Retain all deposits and winnings accrued during the period of underage use, in accordance with applicable offshore gaming regulations.

In addition to the age requirement, you must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for confirming your eligibility under local law before using the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ej33 services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and live casino games — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number or email address, a username, and a secure password.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the ej33 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• One account per household: Where multiple individuals at the same residential address register accounts, ej33 reserves the right to request additional verification to confirm that each account belongs to a distinct individual.
• No account sharing: You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• No account transfer: Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any funds within it to another person.

ej33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at its sole discretion, including accounts that appear to have been created fraudulently or in bad faith.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ej33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. ej33 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your ej33 account and that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify ej33 Support immediately via the 24/7 live chat. ej33 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such a notification. However, ej33 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred prior to notification.

ej33 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ej33 Support immediately.

For security purposes, ej33 may apply automatic session timeouts after a defined period of inactivity. Logging in from a new device may trigger an OTP (one-time password) verification step via SMS or email, depending on your account settings.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: ej33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and SureCash. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your ej33 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30–60 seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Before your first withdrawal is processed, ej33 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. ej33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
• ej33 does not charge withdrawal fees, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. ej33 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals from bonus-funded balances are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal.
• ej33 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

All monetary amounts on the ej33 platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ej33 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency at this time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ej33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses expire after a defined period (typically 7–30 days depending on the promotion). Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance automatically.
• Bonus abuse: ej33 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Behaviour identified as abusive includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns (e.g., covering all outcomes), using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, and providing false personal information.

Where bonus abuse is detected, ej33 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), and recover any real-money winnings that were generated as a direct result of the abusive activity.

7 Betting Rules & Void Bets

All bets placed on the ej33 platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within the relevant betting market or game interface.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by the ej33 system and a bet receipt or confirmation has been issued to the player. Bets that do not receive a confirmation should not be assumed to have been placed. Players are advised to check their bet history immediately after placing any wager.

Void bets: ej33 reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human input error.
• The relevant sporting event was cancelled, abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed under conditions that do not satisfy settlement rules.
• The relevant game or market experienced a technical malfunction that affected the integrity of the outcome.
• The bet was placed by a player who had been suspended, self-excluded, or otherwise restricted at the time of placement.
• The bet was placed in a manner that ej33 determines to be fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance in full. No winnings are payable on void bets.

In-play betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to the live data feed being accurate and current. ej33 is not responsible for delays between real-world events and the live feed display. Players should be aware that live odds reflect the platform's best estimate of probabilities at the time of display and may lag behind real-time developments.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ej33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or the withdrawal process.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, pricing mistakes, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the ej33 platform for any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at ej33 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the underlying code or systems of the ej33 platform.

ej33 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence units. Any activity that ej33 reasonably believes to constitute fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ej33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of ej33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ej33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without express written permission from ej33.
• Use any ej33 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context outside of your personal use of the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any ej33 content, including game interfaces, betting markets, or visual designs.
• Frame or mirror any part of the ej33 website on another website or application.
• Use any ej33 content for commercial purposes, including advertising, promotion, or resale.

Any unauthorised use of ej33's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability. ej33 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. ej33 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

10 Responsible Gaming

ej33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income, solving financial problems, or coping with emotional difficulties.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ej33 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ej33's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from bets placed during a period of platform malfunction, provided that ej33 has voided such bets and returned stakes in accordance with Section 7.
• Any reliance on information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform that proves to be inaccurate.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in relation to gambling activity conducted on the platform, including the financial consequences of such decisions.

ej33 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where permitted by law, all implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — are expressly disclaimed.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages is not permitted, ej33's liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12 Termination & Suspension

ej33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or identity fraud.
• Suspected money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against ej33.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at ej33 staff or other players.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring ej33 to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ej33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the closure is not due to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your ej33 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed through the normal withdrawal procedure, subject to identity verification requirements.

13 Changes to These Terms

ej33 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ej33 is incorporated and licensed as an offshore gaming operator. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ej33 dispute resolution process (see Section 15) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

ej33 operates as an offshore gaming platform. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any legal relationship between ej33 and any Bangladeshi regulatory or governmental body. ej33 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or registered with any authority of the Government of Bangladesh.

Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their gambling activity complies with applicable Bangladeshi law. ej33 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction.
